• Order online — shipping cost is calculated at Shopify checkout by weight, volume and destination (no WhatsApp required to place an order).
• Dispatch from Istanbul: usually within 1–3 business days.
• Tracked carriers depending on destination (DPD, UPS, FedEx, GLS and partners).
• Express transit often ~3–4 business days; standard/economy often ~7–14 business days (customs can add delay).
• Import duties / VAT in the destination country are paid by the buyer when applicable.

Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of delivery (unworn, unwashed, tags on, original packaging).
