Timeframe
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the parcel (unused, unwashed items with tags, in original packaging).
Non-returnable items
- Sale or personalized items (unless defective)
- Underwear / hygiene items once opened
- Items damaged by the customer
How to return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number.
- We confirm eligibility and the return address in Istanbul.
- You ship the parcel back (return shipping paid by you, unless we sent the wrong or defective item).
- After inspection (within 7 business days), we refund to the original payment method or issue store credit.
Defects / wrong item
If an item is defective or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We offer exchange, reshipment or refund.
