GENERAL WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

• Handmade and beaded products should be washed in reverse on a delicate program.

• Do not exceed 30°C to avoid damaging the product during washing.
• Wash the product according to the washing instructions.
• Use suitable detergent for colored products.
• Products made of denim and dark-colored products may bleed when washed with lighter-colored products.
• Do not expose clothes to direct sunlight while drying.
• Colors in studio shoots may vary due to differences in lighting.
RETURN CONDITIONS

14-day return policy: You can return the products you wish to return within 14 business days from the date you received the order by filling out the return and exchange form and returning the product. Return processes are handled by the E-commerce unit.
Return conditions: You can return the products you have purchased if they are unused and have not lost their sellable characteristics. The labels and logos of the products must not be damaged; all accessories related to the product (buckle, belt, ribbon, etc.) must be returned together with the product.
In case you want to return products purchased through cash on delivery and credit card transactions, if you send them back with the same Cargo you received within 14 business days along with your CUSTOMER NUMBER, the shipping cost will be covered by MODASENA. Orders sent for return requests after 14 business days from the order delivery cannot be accepted for return, and MODASENA will not cover the shipping cost incurred due to this process.
Returns without an invoice are not accepted.
