RETURN CONDITIONS














  • 14-day return policy: You can return the products you wish to return within 14 business days from the date you received the order by filling out the return and exchange form and returning the product. Return processes are handled by the E-commerce unit.


    Return conditions: You can return the products you have purchased if they are unused and have not lost their sellable characteristics. The labels and logos of the products must not be damaged; all accessories related to the product (buckle, belt, ribbon, etc.) must be returned together with the product.


    In case of returns for cash on delivery and purchases made with a credit card, if you send the products you wish to return within 14 business days using the same cargo you received with your order along with your CUSTOMER NUMBER, the shipping cost will be covered by MODASENA. Orders sent for return requests after 14 business days from the order delivery cannot be accepted, and MODASENA will not cover the shipping cost incurred due to this process.


    Returns without an invoice are not accepted.
