1-How do I add products to the cart?
Normally, wholesalers sell their products in series, for example S-M-L-XL-XXL. You can place an order by choosing the products you want to purchase from our website in the size, color and different models you want.You can select the products and sizes you want from the catalog section and add them to your cart without limit.
2-How can I complete the order?
After selecting the products you want to buy, you can confirm the order without making any payment. Shipping price calculation is automatically calculated through the system. Since the KG and volume calculation of some products cannot be done correctly, you need to contact us via Whatsapp for the net shipping price.
3-Can I order samples before placing a wholesale order?
Ofcourse you can order. But our customers are wrong about this. The prices of all products you see on our website are wholesale prices. Therefore, naturally, when you order samples, you cannot benefit from the wholesale prices of the products. Let's say you want to order 3 abayas and the wholesale price is 17€, when you buy 3 of this product in different colors, it becomes 100€ including shipping. This is just an example price and is valid for most European countries. Most wholesale companies do not send samples to avoid hassle and wasting time. If you are really considering a serious wholesale product purchase, making this payment will not be a problem for you because you pay 500€-1000€-2000€ and more in wholesale orders. If you like the samples you purchased and want to place a wholesale order, we offer you a discount for purchasing samples in advance.
4-What are the shipping prices for wholesale orders and is there a free shipping option?
We are a factory located in Istanbul/Turkey. Naturally, when we ship products internationally, there are shipping costs. Some companies try to deceive customers by adding more to their normal product prices and claiming that shipping is free. We can assure you that, unfortunately, there is no such system as free shipping anywhere in the world. Especially if you are exporting internationally and just starting out in trade, you will learn this through experience. For example, we sell Luxury Medina Silk Hijab for 3€. They sell it in France and other European countries for an average of 6-20€. If you have a good brand and good marketing, you can sell at higher prices. Wholesalers usually make a profit of 5%-15%. It is not possible for us to send this product to you at a price of 3€ as free shipping. Companies that offer free shipping or very cheap shipping prices also say the price of this product is 5€ and add the shipping price to you as a hidden shipping price. 5- I found a cheaper price for the same product from a different company?
As a company that produces in our own factory in Turkey, we give a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all the products we sell. Let's say you buy a Large Medina Silk Abaya, we sell this product for 16.5€ and a different company sells the same or similar product for 13.5€. There are dozens of different versions of Medina silk fabric and differences in fabric quality. This does not mean that we are selling this product expensively because some of the factors that affect the price are;

6- I want to place a large order, can I get a discount?
It is one of the questions we get the most, but it is also one of the most complex. Large order depends on everyone's own budget. For us it may be 100 pieces, for a different person it may be even 10 pieces as a big order. But in general, we can say that as a wholesaler, we ship orders in quantities of 100-200-500-1000 and even 10.000 units for special orders. But housewives and other entrepreneurs who are new to this business can start by purchasing 10 units. However, discounts start on orders of 400 pieces or more and vary depending on the product. 7-Can I order it by personalizing it with my own brand?
You can order hijab models labeled with your own brand by paying an additional fee. We cannot sew labels on products that are already in stock because we can damage the fabric when sewing labels, so we can only produce it with your label when a special clothing order is placed. The minimum order for clothes is 200 pieces and there must be at least 50 pieces per color. You can also purchase additional products such as personalized boxes, packaging, ribbons, bags, business cards and signs.
8-How can I make payment?
Bank Transfer, Ria App, Western Union, Revolut, Remitly or Wise App. Unfortunately, PayPal has not been working in Turkey since 2016, so we cannot receive payments via Paypal.
9-Do I pay taxes or customs fees when I receive the products?
All orders sent to Europe are sent by road and you will not pay any additional taxes or customs fees when you receive the products. There may be taxes or customs fees in overseas countries sent by plane, but we cannot determine how much this will be. We show the order amount as low or as a gift so that you do not pay too much tax or additional fee.
10- How can I trust you ?
As a Hicabistan company that has been trading for many years, you can check the orders we have previously sent from our social media accounts. You can request the legal certificates we have via e-mail or Whatsapp. After placing your order with the easiest method, if there is someone you know in Istanbul, you can ask them to come and pick up the products from our factory. This way we can ensure mutual trust.
