Returns policy

• Dispatch: Within 24 Hours
• Shipping cost calculated manually after your order created from the system. You have to contact us from WhatsApp.
• International delivery time by express shipping - 3-4 business days
• International delivery time by standard shipping - 12-14 business days
• We accept Bank Transfer, RIA, Western Union, Revolut, Remitly, Wise App as payment.
• If the products are sent incompletely or incorrectly, the difference will be covered.
• There is no return option, but we can accept it if you bring the products yourself and return them to our company.

Shipping policy

All orders sent to Europe are delivered within 12-15 working days on average. The products sent to other countries are generally sent by express shipping, they are delivered on average in 3-4 business days, and in other countries sent as economy, they are delivered in 7-10 business days. Since all shipments are international cargo, delivery date cannot be guaranteed. You may receive it earlier or a few days later, depending on the customs situation.
